Case Study – The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership
Securus has been assisting The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) with their IT requirements since 2017. ATLP is a respected multi-academy trust made up of 21 schools and one teaching school, with more than 10,000 students and over 1,000 members of staff.
ATLP needed to increase their internet connection speeds but also wanted to ensure that their network was fully resilient in the event of an outage. Securus deployed 200MB links in the secondary schools (with 100MB back up line) and 50MB link in the primary schools (with FTTC back up line). Dual High Availability was also centralised, with a fully client-controllable firewall.
The result is much faster internet connectivity, which is highly flexible and scalable, to meet ATLP’s changing needs. The network offers excellent resilience and maximised uptime.
